Over a very busy weekend in early September the club helped at Pitlochry Highland Games in addition to running its ever-popular charity fundraising stall.
Among the winners at the stall was a fellow Rotarian, Roy Eastabrook from the Cullohwee Daybrook Club in North Carolina. Roy is seen (below, left) being presented with his prize of a bottle of wine by Pitlochry Club President, Maureen Holmes, watched by Community and Vocational Service Chairman Alisdair Flemming.
On the Sunday, the club sponsored it’s Fiddler’s Rally in Pitlochry Festival Theatre, and members were on hand to sell programmes and raffle tickets to the audience.
All proceeds are for local, national and international charities. |
