As part of the ongoing celebrations to commemorate 100 years of the Rotary organisation, the clubs in Highland Perthshire presented a £200 ‘baby bond’ to young Dylan Seston. Born in Blair Atholl on 24 February this year, Dylan was the local baby born closest to the date of Rotary’s centenary on 23 February.
